Mobile timetable FAQs

What are the requirements of my phone?
Your phone must support mobile internet and JAVA applications. Please refer to your user manual if unsure.

Will I be charged for downloading the NXEC timetable?
The text message you send to 60030 will be charged at your operator's normal rate. You may also incur a small cost from your operator for data download charges (refer to your phone contract for further details). Please note there will be no additional charge from National Express for using this service.

What should I do if the download fails to complete?
If the download fails due to loss of connection or your phone switching off, please restart the process.

I can't find the NXEC timetable on my phone. Where is it?
The NXEC timetable will usually be stored within your 'Applications' or 'Games' folder. If you are unsure of where to find these folders, please consult your user manual.

Is a WAP connection required to access the NXEC timetable?
Only to download the application. The NXEC timetable is viewed offline once you have downloaded the application.

My phone is not on the supported list. Will I be able to use this application in the future?
This application is supported by around 85% of the current mobile telephone market.  If your phone is not on the list, but a similar model is, you may still be able to download the application.  Please note that older phone models are unlikely to be supported in the future.
