Your boarding cards should be from a single or return flight between London and Scotland with any airline from any of the following airports: London Heathrow, London Luton, London Gatwick, London Stansted, London City, Glasgow and Edinburgh.

The flights should have been taken on a weekday between 24 March and 31 May 2008 inclusive.

FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees of National Express Group, their relatives and associated agencies.

- There are 10,000 complimentary NXEC First Class return travel vouchers that are subject to availability, and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

- This promotion is limited to a maximum of two applications per household.

- To claim your complimentary First Class return travel voucher send your valid used boarding card stub and application form to FREEPOST RLTR-STTC-ELRR, PO Box 300, Orpington, BR5 4ZF.

- Valid boarding card stubs are any boarding cards from any one way or return flight taken on a weekday between 24/03/2008 and 31/05/2008 inclusive with any airline operator. The flight must be between any two of the following UK airports: London Heathrow, London Luton, London Gatwick, London Stansted, London City, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

- Flights taken on any other route or outside the stated promotional dates will not be eligible to claim the promotional offer.

- The applicant must be the same person named on the boarding card that is submitted as proof of travel.

- Photocopies of boarding card stubs will not be accepted.

- All application forms and boarding card stubs must be received by 16/07/2008.

- A complimentary NXEC First Class travel voucher will be issued within 14 days of receipt of a valid application and boarding card stub.

- The complimentary NXEC First Class travel voucher is valid only on NXEC trains between any two stated stations. All journeys must start or end at Berwick-upon-Tweed or any NXEC served station north thereof. Breaks in journeys cannot be made except where changing trains between connecting NXEC services.

- Complimentary travel is subject to availability, but you can book on ANY NXEC service, there are no time or day restrictions.

- Seat reservations are compulsory for both the outward and return journeys and must be booked a minimum of 7 days in advance of travel. Your complimentary travel is only valid if you can produce a complimentary First Class return travel voucher and reservation coupon. You can only travel on the services you are reserved on. If you travel on any service other than the service you are reserved on you will be deemed to not have a valid ticket and you will be subject to the appropriate charge for the journey being made.

- You should present both your complimentary First Class return travel voucher and reservations coupons on-board at the time of travel or at any other time at the request of NXEC staff or their representatives.

- Complimentary NXEC First Class return travel vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative, refund or any other ticket. Tickets are non-transferable.

- Complimentary NXEC First Class return travel vouchers must be booked and used by 30/07/2008.

- Applications can only be made by individuals; no applications will be accepted from third parties or in bulk.

- Responsibility cannot be taken for lost, delayed or damaged applications or complimentary NXEC First Class return travel vouchers.
